These recipes are so good. Packed full of nutrition, easy to achieve and you don’t need any fancy equipment – just your blender. As a qualified naturopath, I have developed and tested these recipes with balanced nutrition in mind. Guidance on what supplements to take
During a detox it’s often helpful to take herbal and nutritional supplements to help your body detox. The naturopathic guidance I provide ensures these are products are available to purchase at most health food stores.
